We have also a audiovisual category Shorts and is dedicated to productions of up to 3minutes and 59 seconds.

The entries must be submitted through comKids web portal in Portuguese and Spanish, the official language of the event.

This year, as usual, the children’s jury will also take place. It will select the productions that were considered the best by this special audience.

Festival comKids was born to celebrate and promote the  digitalproduction dedicated to children, and youth,  taking into consideration it’s innovation, relevance,  cultural, educational and social aspects. “The Festival has been following the growing development of the productions for children in Brazil, Latin America and Iberian Peninsula, since 2009.  It is a space of recognition and professional update”, says Beth Carmona, General-Director of comKids.

Workshops, roundtables and discussion will happen during the event.  A special screening session of Prix Jeunesse International will be presented by  KirstenSchneid.
