“Wallay” was the CIFEJ prize winner film in 20th Olympia Int’l Film Festival for Children & Young People, which was held in Greece. The film is a co-production of France ad Burkina Faso and is directed by Berni Goldblat. Mohsen Chiniforoushan was the CIFEJ jury member in the 2017 installment of Olympia Inte’l Film Festival.

The story is about a 13 year-old boy, named Ady who lives in France and his father decides to send him to his uncle for the summer. His uncle lives across the Mediterranean Sea in Burkina Faso.

The film premiered in Berlin International Film Festival 2017, at the Generation Section, received a small release in France and garnered attention from youth-oriented festivals.
